Anyone else stuck on character retrieval screen?

I am. Kind of weird, the server I play on says it's open, but it won't retrieve my characters, but I also have chars on Khaz Modan, which is "locked", but I can get my characters there. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago after I was disconnected.
I had to turn my router off at the plug and turn it back on again.
Apparently when u get disconnected your router can leave the port open.
If this isnt the problem then there's 3 folders to delete but i can only remember the name of 2 of them Cache, Interface. I got this from the technical support web page FAQ's.
