Can someone develop this chatmod?

I've been looking for a chatmod that will place buttons by the chat window that you can simply click and to switch between channels quickly and move the buttons to where you wanted them. There would be a party button, guild button, raid button, Battleground button, general, trade, local defense, etc, and even the option to make a button you can make for a custom channel. I figured it could look something likethis. The buttons would be on the left. Guild in the green part, Party in the purple part, other buttons in the blue part and add them respectively according to color. Added some spaces in your e-mail address to reduce the risk of spam, but honestly, why do you need it there in the first place? This is a forum, and a rather busy one too, people will reply to a thread you make.
