I don't know if there is, but I'm not sure it would even be practical. The color code is skill level dependant. For instance, if you are skill 1 in skinning, even if you are a lvl 60 player, the lvl 1 deer in Darnassus are red as far as skinning goes.

You should be able to just judge it based on the lvl of the mob and what color the skinning code is to you. For instance, if mob is lvl 35 and green to your skinning ability, then move up to some lvl 38-40 mobs.

Simple rule for skinning

skinning skill/5 = max beast level you can skin (orange skill)

and reverse that to find out how much skill your going to need before you skin something

for example

level 20 mob * 5 = 100 Skill to skin

i think they become yellow at 10 skill above, green at 20 & grey at 25 (tho im not sure exactly on that)
