Noob WSG question, but quickly answerable

I have some WSG honors saved up, currently lvl29 alliance, and im wondering where you have to go to turn them in?
I turned in a bunch for a sweet set of greaves at Refugee Point for AB, but im having trouble finding a similar camp in Ashenvale for WSG.
Im pretty sure a place exists, i wandered all around ashenvale, but still missed it.
If someone could possibly post the coordinates (as i have metamap) that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Don't have the coordinates, but the outpost is located west of the road going to the barrens and east of the river.

For some reason they have always shown the WSG entrance up by Astranaar, look instead down where it says Silverwing Outpost.
