Need Help To AddOns

I cant find out which AddOns i shall use....
I Have Used Insomniax some time now and it gives me errors all the time....:undecided: :undecided:

I am mage lvl 28 and i really hope u guys will help me find out which AddOns i shall use when im mage... Would be very nice:laugh:

Insomniax is just a collection of mods, look in your interface/addons folder to find out which ones you use and check the various sites for updates.

Okay but the error is named FrameXML and i cant find that FrameXML file.
Its very annoying:embarassed:
Its a cooldown thing so it comes all the time when i use a magic.:undecided:

Like I said, update all your mods and the problem should go away.
