Mage UI mod

ive seen screen shots all over the place of mages that have their action bars in the bottom middle part of their screens in all different arrangements. I know that you can get addition actionbars by going to interface options but I dont know if these exta actionbars in the middle of the scree are from a UI mod. Can some one help me? Whats the name of this mod because i would really like it.

They most likely are from one addon or another. I suggest you look up these addons and see if they fit the bill:
- Trinity Buttons
- Bongos
- Bartender3

You can also find a cracked version of Discord Action Bars, or DAB for short, but it's not 100% functional (it's the one I use).
