how to make a makro?

hello,

i just started playing wow about 2-3 months ago. as im close to lvl60 now i need to improve my interface and keybinds as well. i just read myself through 2 makros and it looked really similar to excell-formules(i dont know if its called like that in english). can anyone give me a tutorial? or a link to one? that would be real nice!
