I just got the game and created my account and all on the 18th. I been having issues with going on the wow forums, so I did some searchig and realized I am on a free month... and below my 14.99 monthly subscription is pending in my account info page. Is that why i can't access the forums? and does this mean my character I am using now will be gone after the month?
\

help plz.

No...you get a free month and your characters will remain.

The "pending" will change to "paid" when your first month is up and your credit card is succesfully billed.

Can you not ACCESS the forums or can you not POST on the forums?

I've heard around these boards that the official forums can take a while to 'see' a new character, so you may not be able to access the official forums for another couple of days.

Of course, I think that you'll find these boards are far easier to get information from than the official ones.

i can go onto the page but I cannot see my character, I log in fine but says i got no character.

The trading channels are in game....go to a major city and they will be there (default /2)

All zones have a General (default /1)
Local Defense (default /3)
and the looking for group is /lfg

Like foonyak mentioned... the WoW.com website just hasn't scanned the world/your account yet....so until they do (usually once or twice a week) your character WILL appear and you can then post....so just give it a few days and try again.
