EU/US burning crusade expansion?

Is there a EU/US burning crusade boxes like the normal WoW boxes, or are we able to use any burning crusade key for either US or EU account?

There are regional versions of BC, same as WoW itself, and sadly they don't mix. You can't upgrade an American account with a European key or vice versa. :smiley:

thought so... how can i check if the version is an american one or europe one(assuming its not something else), assuming that the guy/place i buy from doesnt know?

Assuming that you have a chance to physically look at the item before you buy it, the European copy says "European servers only" on the back cover, next to the Blizzard logo. The American copy will presumably have a similar warning. If you can't look yourself, you'll have to ask the retailer to check for you.
