So you've gone from Darnassus to Auberdine. (First boat trip). Then you took the boat from Auberdine to Menethil Harbour and now you're stuck in the Wetlands?
What you want to do is head out and follow the road. That is really how simple it is - you need to follow the road. It will basically make a gentle curve from the bottom of the map where you are in Menethil to the Eastern end of the map. You'll go through some tunnels and then end up - I think in Loch Modan. Either way, just check for signposts along the road - they'll lead you in the right direction.

It still strikes me how people automatically insist on referring to someone with the nick "Tanitha" as "dude".

I have come to my own conclusion that "dude" is now unisex. I call everyone "dude". Not so much call them dude specifically, but if I am talking to someone, thats just what I say...
IE... "Dude, did you watch 24 last night?" This was said by me this morning to a female co-worker.

:) I agree...Dude has been a generic term since It first came across my ears in high school. Everyone was dude except the axe :) though she rarely liked that term (I doubt I would call my GF the axe nowadays)
Especially in a game where anyoen can play either a male or female charectar, and we communicate in a completely virtual world, whos to say whos what? I dude everyone  its a sign of respect from me
