I got the expansion! I wasn't sure I would be able to afford it, but I sweet-talked my mom into it. Here's hoping we can pay the rent the next couple of weeks. But oh well.

Anyway, I have recreated everyone's favorite (or at least my favorite) Narcissistic Necromancer!

I'll be holding off on blogs until I reach Outlands, which I hope to do soon. For now, I'll just give a few highlights.

First off, the starting area was insane. Imagine your typical starting area, but only with about 90 people in it. It was that bad. You'd cast a spell at an enemy and it'd pass through 5 blood elves before it got there. Yeesh. It thinned out a bit as I leveled up, but for awhile there... Yeesh.

Here's me in my starting robes. Don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me?

Here's me in the first robes I get from a quest, with my new Imp. Looks-wise, not a lot of robes top the starting ones. They just don't.

This was one of my favorite quests in beta, and it still is. That's just funny.

I found a couple 'out of the way' quests I didn't do in beta, including one that actually gives some better looking robes. Here they are, as well as my new Void Walker.

Here's me, doing what I do best. You might not hear from me too much because I'll be busy doing this. And is it just me, or is that flag not HUGE? I sure hope they shrink it down a bit. It gets in the way of my ability to see.

~

I also have an alliance alt on another realm I'll be leveling as well, (a gnome), so that'll slow me down even more. Plus, I should really get back to work on a FFXII walkthrough I've been neglecting.

But anyway, just wanted to let you all know that the Adventures of Thortok are not over! When I get to Outland, they'll continue, unless there's demand for it before then. If you /want/ to hear about his midlevel adventures, let me know.

Hmm

Can you please resize your pictures to be 800x600 which will then fit the majority of Monitors.

Thanks

Thanks mate

Yeah sry about the lower quality detail, it is a bit of a bore.

Howver my work PC is only 1024x768 and I hate scrolling sideways to look at pictures and it did screw up the thread a bit too

800x600 is standard size for images on this forum to prevent side scrolling.

He doesn't have 800x600, but 1024x768. 800x600 is a good resolution for pictures posted on forums. As DM said, it prevents sidescrolling...

I do for one. Work screen resolution is already at 1024x768, add home use and my eyes wouldn't hold out for long. Hence, why my own monitor is at standard 800x600. Saves me some wear and tear.

Better yet - thumbnail and link. Then people have the choice of actually opening the pictures or not. And glad to see you've got BC Thortok!

man, I'll need to watch when I post SS, cuz my screen is in 1680 x 1050.

I wish WoW could support dual-display... lol
