i dont even know if this is possible, but for configuration purposes, at least with party and raid specific mods, you have to actually be in a party/raid to get your settings right. if there is a way to "simulate" a party, or a raid, and be able to make them have a set amount of health, maybe a decaying health, and also apply "pseudo" debuffs on them to test all sorts of combat mods.
also, this could be a way to "train" yourself on how to heal, or decurse, something like that. again, i dont even know if this is possible, but if it is, i think it would be very helpful in configing mods ect.
related idea - pseudo interface
maybe a program that allows you to load into a user interface to fine tune mods without wasting time being logged in. again, maybe allowing the creation of parties, raids, health loses, debuffs, just a basic way to config mods without logging into the game. (plus, if creating a pseudo party is against blizzard tos, this would work around it)
just some thoughts.
P.S.
