Can't Upload Mods

Okay, I registered a new account verified and I log into the website just fine - however, whenever I click a link to try to upload a mod, it says I need an account to do that and gives me a login bar but when I type in my userid and password it just bounces me to the main UI page.

What gives?

Try clear your cookies. There is something alittle weird with the login right now and I am going to get Pircio to look at it in Monday. Try clearing your cookies first though.

I tried clearing my cookies and history and restarting the browser but it behaves the same way: keeps asking me to log in.

Also, when you click on the links to submit a mod, the message it displays is:
"You need an account to submit a map"

Thought you should know.
