TitanPanel clock mod

Hey I was just wondering whether it would be possible to mod the TitanPanel Clock so you could put an alarm clock function in.
EG you enter a time such as 21:40 and then use a button to turn on the function. When the clock hits this time, it will then play a sound and/or enter a message in the chat panel.

If this is possible could somebody give me a lead on where to start?

Try this addon:

It replaces the titan clock with an alarm enabled 24h or 12h format-capable clock. Only problem is that it throws an error when you acknowledge/snooze the alarm, but it still works great !
