Cast Bar locations

I was wondering if there is a mod that allows you to drag parts of the interface around the screen. I've seen screenshots that look nothing like the default, and I would like this ability. It has to work with BC. I would also like to remove the dragons on each side of the action bar, and the XP bar.

Try one of the Action bar/Unit frames mods.

I used to use Discord and parts of Gypsymod.

Discord still hasn't been updated for TBC yet and Gypsy is discontinued!

However, there are others.
