help: looking for quest helper ui that

I am looking for a ui that when you open the quest window (L) you get the normal quest window but you can also click on the line that shows what you need to do and it will pop up the map with a mark indicating where I can get the thing.
It can also show you where the original quest giver is located at and also if there is somebody else that you need to talk to to finish the quest, it will also show you where he/she is on the map.

I need this because I am playing in China and I can't read Chinese!!!

I know it exist, I don't know where though...

I wish I could just download the english language pack, but China is still stuck on version 1.12. the only way that could work, is if I could get the english version 1.12 I think.
I heard there is a way of doing it, but right now it seems that as long as China doesn't upgrade to the current version in the US (and rest of the world), I can't make this work.

Thanks for the suggestion though! I would love to have everything in English!

PS: I can't play on the US servers or European one. The connection is way too slow...

still on 1.12 ? this means you dont have BC yet ??

i know that the mod "cartographer" puts icons on your map where and whenever you accept a quest. it does not show you though where you have to go to complete the quest.

No BC here yet. Apparently they didn't even make the announcement yet for it... Anyway, I am kind of a newbie, so no biggie aside than the screen filled with Chinese...
