In-game settings...

Right, I've looked through the forums and i'm pretty sure this goes here...

When I'm in-game, I change certain settings (i.e. profanity filter off, enabling floating combat text, enabling instant quest text etc) to slightly change the interface...
But, whenever i logout, I assume my settings are reset. This is because when I log back in they have all returned to default. Is this normal? Or am i supposed to do something that will change my defaults?

Any suggestions would be appreciated :grin:

This is not normal. It's possible that your saved configuration file is set to read only for some reason. I'm not quite sure what that file is but when I turn off profanity filter it stays off.

If the file isnt read only and its giving your trouble, you could edit it yourself and make it read only.
