Where do I go to get the quests, is there a horde outpost?

The nearest Horde outpost is Tarren mill in Hillsbrand, just South of Alaterac. There are not many quests in Alterac per se, but some.

For the Horde BG's in Alterac the entrance is NE of Tarren Mill not far from the river. For quests in the talk to the NPC's outside.
