Little bit confused, are you going to be writing a complete set of addons or are you just going to be using other peoples addons? If it's the second option there won't be much of Blizzards UI left once you add a bar mod.

I will write a complete set of AddOns, so it get exactly as i want it to be, once i am finished i will release it if people want.

Nice one, you are a braver man than I. A suggestion would be to check out the wowace site. There are a lot of coders on there and if you decided to go the Ace2 route you would get a good amount of help there as they have an IRC channel specifically for their coders. It also will remove a lot of the work required as the Ace2 libraries are already written and regularly maintained, you just need to use them through your lua code.
Keep us up to date it will be interesting to see how you fare.

hmm. i'd say your best bet would be to take other people's addons that you like, and tweak them to your own liking. simply creating an addon, much less an entire interface, is not an easy task. you have to be very well versed in .lua, which is probably the most difficult part. you'll also need to be familiar with photoshop if you're going to create graphical elements.
if you're looking to create a UI based off of other people's mods, getting started isn't too hard.
as far as action bars go, i'd recommend either Bongos, or Bartender3. you can do alot more with Bartender3, looks wise, but i think that Bongos is more flexible and easier to use. and as far as unitframes go, hands down either ag_UnitFrames or Nerfed. both are just amazing. the things can do with Nerfed have no end. if you can thing of it, you can do it.

lol, Looking at Nurfed's code makes my head hurt.
And I'm a programmer for a living and been programming lua for a small year.
But it's a good kind of hurt. The kind that shows me there is still a lot more to learn.
