The latest patch notes can always be found at http://worldofwarcraft.com/patchnotes/
General
--The amount of haste granted by a point of haste rating has been increased by about 50%.
--20 slot bags are now bind on equip.
--Any effect which benefits the victim of a critical strike will now trigger even if resilience converted the attack from a critical strike to a normal strike; this applies to melee, ranged, and spell. The affected talents, abilities, and items are: "Eye for an Eye", "Blessed Resilience", "Enrage", "Martyrdom", "Blood Craze", "Eye of the Storm", and "Bonespike Shoulder".
--The Crust Bruster has had a loot icon and sound change.
--Players can no longer send gift wrapped packages via COD.
--When sharing a quest, the order logic has changed to check whether or not the player has completed or is ineligible for the quest before checking whether their quest log is full.
PvP
Battlegrounds
--If Primalist Thurloga is attacked and pulled off her pathing on the way to summon Lokholar the Ice Lord, she will now properly path back to the summoning ring to complete the event.
--PVP flags and graveyard nodes can no longer be captured through collision.
Raids and Dungeons
--Players are no longer able to accept the quest "The Opening of the Dark Portal" while the Black Morass encounter is engaged.
--In the Black Morass, Chrono Lord Deja will now properly spawn during a Heroic Mode attempt.
--After completing the Black Morass encounter, all the additional mobs in the zone will no longer all aggro.
--Durnholde Lookouts will now properly despawn after all 5 of the Baracks in Caverns of Time: Escape from Durnholde are burned down.
--The items required to complete the Karazhan key quest can now only be looted by the first group in the instance to reach them.
--A teleporter has been added to Barnes (in the front entrance of Karazhan) that activates after the Shade of Aran is killed. This will port players back up to the Shade of Aran’s room to allow more attempts on Prince Malchazzar.
--The aggro range for players when under the effect of "Incite Chaos" while fighting Blackheart the Inciter in the Shadow Labrynth has been adjusted.
--Many creatures within Coilfang Resevoir have been slightly retuned.
--Many creatures within the Mana Tombs have been slightly retuned.
Mac
--Stability improvements in Multi-Threaded OpenGL support on future OS X releases.
Bug Fixes
--The talent "Combat Potency" no longer causes rogues to have a chance to gain energy when other players hit them with off-hand attacks.
--Players with multiple chat windows will no longer have fixed channels (ie. general, trade) added back to the main chat window every time they log on.
--Attempting to prospect less than 5 pieces of ore will no longer cause a game crash. (Spanish Only)
--The Fel Reaver for "It's A Fel Reaver, But With Heart" quest will now respawn properly if you wipe on the quest.
--Fixed a crash that could occur when on a flight path.
--Fixed the local defense channel so that it will properly change based on the player's zone.
Not to crazy. Guess they're still trying to iron things out.

BoE 20 slot bags, good good. Why the boe on 18s? I think boe bags was a horrible idea.

Well, since it is a "patch" release, bugfix/security fix (3rd number is what was bumped up), it seems to be doing what it is supposed to do -- fixing problems brought up since version 2.0.0 and TBC. I'd not personally expect any major changes/additions to the game until version 2.1.0 (for those who were expecting more).

Interesting they didn't have more.
Can you replace your backpack?

1) To allow for cheaper bags (in terms of mats). Just compare Mooncloth bags to Netherweave Bags.
2) To get rid of the bag rotation from one char to an alt as you grow into bigger bags.

These are my two favorite ones, as the crust brusters didn't even have loot icons and I could run deadmines and still keep track of who was taking over The Stadium in Hellfire.

Glad they finally made it so that you can't send gift wrapped packages COD. There's been a rash of people getting burned by this particular scam on my server. You'd think people would have heard of this one by now...

I think I know the person that caused this. Some idiot was complaining because he got a gift-wrapped COD item that looked like it was from Blizz and lost like 80g. (LOL)
BTW: If you fall for this, you deserve to have your account hacked, your money and items taken, your characters deleted, and then a permanent ban from all Blizz games. Seriously.

Why ?
What's so terrible to pass a bag to an alt ?

I don't think it's alts as much as it is other characters in general, and it helps keep things under control. It's the same reason why other items are BoE and BoP. It forces players to actually play the game, and not just get hand-me-downs. If it wasn't for soulbound stuff, then I could never have to run a raid instance, and just get the stuff from other players.

One thing that does annoy me is that I can only have one herb bag. Pfft.

Falling for a scam merely means you made a mistake...It doesn't subject you to discipline by yet another thief, which is what you seem to suggest....But, okay....
I look forward to more constructive suggestions...

I can understand this, but I think it could prevent the sale of bags not encourage them.

Lol it only took Blizz a year and a half to catch on to this one...good job!
BTW...i am really suprised none of the bugged quests are fixed....it seems like all I did this weekend was submit trouble tickets for quests being bugged and the response on all of them were....
"this issue has been reported by ohers and our ppl are working on it"

Personally, I feel the whole soulbound/BoE/BoP thing should be revamped.
I liked the Diablo idea that when your character replaced normal Uniques/Sets with exceptional ones that you could hand them down rather than just have to sell them.
I am not saying that BoE/BoP should be done away with altogether, I feel that only Blue items and higher should become soulbound and that you should be able to re-use greens (possibly flag them so that once you have equipped them, only another one of your characters could use them and possibly make them non dissenchantable once mailed to an alt as well).

I find that Blizzard doesn't flood their patch notes with the quest fixes. Usually their unwritten and on the side.:ponder:

I think the BoE on bags is/was long overdue. Tailors make bags and items as a profession and much of their income is based on creating these larger slotted bags. I wouldn't be surprised to see this happening with slotted gems which are epic. A jewel crafter who spends his time leveling his profession to have someone else sell his hard work and grinding to get that epic recipe will have done it for naught if he isn't he one receiving the profit on said item.
As for the comment concerning soulbound items to be reused, I don't see this happening. When an item is worn it is then "used" and it's value, just as in the real world (there is one?) has depreciated. Although, a way to possibly "de-construct" tailored items I think blizz should look at and not just a disenchant.
The last thing.. with the new enchanting rules... Trade window disenchanting should be allowed. Vendoring my T2 gear puts a tear in my eye.

I disagree with this since it will flood the market with enchanting mats. The advantage of being an enchanter is well, having control of your market. This is no different than skinners/miners/herb people taking the loots from an instance but requiring the enchanter to split the shards from melted BoP's.

Maybe allow Crafter to un-craft? like engineer who get some part from their machine. a "Recycle" option could be nice. You use it on the item and get a chance to get something from it, like prospecting ore for gem.
Tailor will get some cloth to re-use, BSmith some bar, LW leather and "maybe" JC get a gem or 2 too to re-cut...

Now that is a fantastic idea. Although I'm not sure how it would work for me, an alchemist. :-/

You dry out a potion returning some grounded out herbs ? You'd need to plant these in a private portable herb-pot and it'll grow new herbs in a week.

I don't think this is quite the same thing as the loot that dropped that is going to be sharded is something that everyone in the group should have access to as if you didn't de the item I could still vendor it for a few gold. While nodes are clearly only for those that can harvest them. Of course you can choose to not take the item for a separate de roll if you so choose.
However, I do wish that they hadn't changed the enchanting system to have a skill req to de as I still get my boe greens disenchanted but now I have to bother a guildmate instead of just dropping them i them mail to an alt.

I am a tailor, but just because something will benefit me does not mean its a good idea.
