There can be a period (set by the board admin) in which the 'edited by' message does not appear.

By default, it is 5 minutes.

("Dennis from accounts" is a reference to an anti-alcoholism advertisment in New Zealand where the person who is drinking too much goes home with a guy. Dennis, from accounts.)

5 min sounds about right, although sometimes i thought the number of times you've edited affects it too *scratch head* i edit all the time but most of the time it doesnt show.
