You just wasted around 5 minutes to come to this site. That could be around 1/10 a level, or more.
Seriously, just grind. Don't waste time asking other people how to play a game that you should be enjoying. The game's extremely simple, and if you just think it over, you'll do fine.

First of all, stop spamming. I deleted your thread in the News forum since it was exactly the same as this one. Post your thread once and it will be read.

Second, lay off the caps. It is annoying to read - it looks and feels as if someone is shouting. If someone came up to you on the streets, asking for help, you would be less inclined to help if he shouts in your ear. This is basically the same.

Third, if you grind you should be able to reach level 25 in 2 hours time. Frankly I don't know what the rush is. But in any case, it's hard to help you if you don't include your character's name, your server name and your faction. Don't get your hopes up too high, though.
