Dual weild enchantments?

if you have DW and you have a icy enchant on 1 sword and a firey enchant on the other, do they both cause damage on a mob, does only 1 work? just curious before i spend the cash

The off hand won't 'proc' as much, but they will both work.

icy doesnt cause damage....


it gets melted when you hit them with the fire
