I need help downloading MetaHud into WoW

I need help downloading MetaHud into WoW. Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to integrate the download into WoW. Im not much of a computer guy but I can give some info. I have the burning crusade and is installed currently with world of warcraft. The part where I am stuck on is that I have downloaded MetaHud but it shows 2 files. Im stuck here what do I do after downloading it from the mirror site. I really want to put MetaHud into WoW but I do not know how so please send me some instructions!:hanky:

just click the <DOWNLOAD MOD> button on the MetaHUD page and after it downloads extract ALL the folders in the .zip to you interface/addons directory, the same as you do with any other mod.

the Folders in the .zip are MetaHud and MetaHudOPT, the 1st is the actual mod and the 2nd is the mods options you need both.
