OK so I was thinking, would it be OK to make real websites for clans in WoW and get in game money for making and maintaining the webstie? If you have the answer please tell me, I need to know badly, thanks!:afro:

I think you need to find some customers.
Three options - free, ingame gold or real gold. Since in reality ingame gold = free then I don't see what the problem could be.
Talk to guild masters online about it.

Isn't it against the terms and conditions to buy and sell gold?

It's an interesting question though. I did something similar for Guild Wars and reasoned that since fan-art for in-game items was considered "acceptable" that a website for a Guild was not that much different. But then one can argue that creating a website/character portrait are services that have a real world value which can be counted as "buying" gold. Convoluted, perhaps - but yeah, in that regard it sounds as if it would be against the gold selling terms and conditions.
Justin's got the best idea though - contact Blizzard and talk to them about it. You'll get a lot of opinions here, but the only true answer can come from them.

The ToU doesn't say that buying gold is illegal, it says transferring ownership of gold/items/services is. It doesn't matter if gold buying in being done here, the fact that you want to transfer it, for a real life service or no point at all, is illegal. The only recognized transfer of gold is for in-game trade.
So yes, it is against the Terms of Use to take or offer in-game gold or items for out of game goods, services, or other debts. Sorry.

It will only work for guilds on your server though since you can't transfer gold between servers. This leaves a pretty small market really. Most large to medium guilds that want a website will already have one and the smaller guilds usually don't need/want them. Second issue is that you will need to find the people that want them and negotiate a fair price then deal with the people that complain and nitpick every little detail and also deal with the morons that will think it is funny to waste your time building them a site then refuse payment. Or worse steal your code/copy the look and then not pay you. There are some real pieces of work that play this game, there are more nice people than there are jerks but the jerks are the ones that make themselves known. The nice ones are usually too busy playing with friends and having fun to mess with people.
I think it would be ok but I would agree you should ask.
That said the time you would spend creating and maintaining websites would be better used leveling your character and earning the cash in game. Once you get to 40 the gold starts flowing a lot faster and then at 60 it is crazy how fast you can earn cash.

No, it's against the law to trade real money for In-Game items.
