Request - Update a simple addon

Hi,
i'm just wondering if someone with modding knowledge could update this very simple but awsome addon.

i used to use DAB and tried others, but they are big and clunky and all i need/want is this one extra bar. this is the perfect addon for alot of ppl. Please email me if you can update it.

Grab Bartender3 and make one bar a 4x3 bar and then set keybindings, I think that's the same thing as that?
