Hey ya'll.... After over a year of hibernation, I've come back to play some WoW:BC! But.... Alas, the game has developed and I've been stuck in the past. So... Below is a SS of my problem. Two issues really. Green and blue arrow.
Green Arrow: How do I move that window over so that I can SEE what the problem/info is!?!?!
Blue Arrow: Incompatible!?!?! WTF does that mean? Dependency missing, I know how to resolve that issue. But incompatible, how the heck do I get it to play nicely!?!?
TIA for any help guys! =D *Side note... God I missed WoW.... hehehehehe*

Hi,
I have no idea how, or even if, you can move the window over, but all the info in the window can be seen and read anyway, it's just the very edge of the box itself that's cut off.
There's nothing in that to help you anyway, your problem is that in WoW patch 2.0/TBC the .LUA version that add-ons use was changed and isn't compatible with the previous version so, as a precaution, Blizzard have flagged all add-ons that have interface version numbers lower than 20000 (2.0) in the .TOC file as "Incompatible".
*SOME* simpler add-ons can be made to work again simply by changing them to show "Interface: 20003" in the .TOC file. But a much better solution is to look for updated versions of your add-ons that are written for WoW 2.0 or above, or, if they are no longer supported, to find alternatives to them.
You should also take note that some of the functions previously available to add-ons have been blocked in the expansion version so some may not be available/replacable at all.
Hope this helps a little.

Kassie

Most of the discord mods do not work in Burning Crusades, there are hacked versions which have some functionality but I know DAB doesn't work with page changes, DUF I believe doesn't work at all. Check the discord page (http://www.discordmods.com/cgi-bin/page.pl) for details.

if you change the resolution of the screen, it may correct the issue your having with not being able to see the entire screen.

Yeah... After some research, I'm finding that BC has fubard alot of mods! LoL! =\ Ugh... Ah well, I was just trying out some of those "package" ui combos. Where they look cool, and might work for some, I prefer to build my own ui from ground up (ground as in stand alone mods... not smart enough to WRITE everything myself... LoL!)
Thanks everyone btw!! =D
