Player Combat Rating Mod?

Hi, I bumped into someone in wow who said I had a high rating. Apparently theres a mod that gives a rating I think based on someones gear, they said it works on the enemy faction too :shocked:

Anyways, I tried to find it with no luck. Anyone know what mod this is??

Healpoints and Tankpoints use to do this but only for those specific areas and I don't know if they are updated to 2.0. There's no way it could work on the enemy faction anyway.
