Just ordered the parts today...
Pentium Core2 Duo E6600 CPU
Abit AB9 Mainboard w/ HiDEF 7.1 audio
2Gb OCZ Platinum Dual Channel DDR 667Mhz
Asus Extreme N7600GS SILENT/HTD GeForce 7600 GS
400Gb Seagate Barracuda SATA-2 Drive 7200rpm 16MB Cache
Should run WoW nicely n smoothly I hope :)
GFX card will be getting upgraded once the DX10 cards and Vista settle down a bit more however :)

word of advice - don't snag a DX 10 capable card for a while. just like with the next gen console devs taking a while to fully use the console's available power for games, so to will DX10 take a little while to be well utilized. i'd wait until the first few $600+ cards drop below $100 before i snag a card, and at that point, one that goes for between $150 and $250 should work fine

For DirectX 10, don't bother until the end of April. ATI's/AMD's R600 chips will add competition, meaning better prices for the consumer from that point onwards. Plus, the 8600 Ultra is going to be even cheaper garenteed on the nvidia front. Until either of these, it's too much, and just silly. The 7 series will do just fine.

Yeah that's what I was meaning before anyone jumped on board saying to get a better gfx card :) the 7600 extreme should handle most things fine. No pointin getting the dx10 cards until
a) more games use dx10
b) vista 'issues' get sorted
c) price drops
