Heres what happens, i open up WoW, log in to my account as normal, click on the character i want to play with then it starts loading as normal. So, everything is going right until this point, i notice that it is loading slower than normal, i think nothing of it and just let it keep loading, then it disconnects me from the server and brings me back to the log-in screen. At first this only happened on one of the three realms that i have characters on, so i thought it was something wrong with the server so i left it alone and went to play on my other characters. But now it happened to ALL of my realms i play in.
Has this happened to anyone else? I need help. Thanks in advance.
I play in Archemonde, Bronzebeard, and Ysera. I don't know if it has to do with the realms or not?
I have all the ports for wow unblocked too and have disabled my firewalls.
EDIT: I also just remembered that i cant connect to the official WoW website (worldofwarcraft.com) this is why i need your guys help, I'm hopeless.

I am having the same exact problem. I live in southern california and use the ISP Cox Communications. I can't connect to worldofwarcraft.com or blizzard.com and when I try to load up WoW, I get a full blue bar for 10 minutes and then sent back to Login screen.

I think we've figured it out, i live in southern Nevada, i am like you neighbor, and i also use cox...
Maybe we should contact them and let them know of the problem.
I don't know if i can curse on this forum, so i wont, but Cox has F'd up our internet so many times...

I am in West Virginia, and I am with Suddenlink, but it used to be charter and charter is related to cox in some way. ALl i know is that I can't see my character list it won't go past "recieiving character list" then it disconnects. Then I can't access all parts of the blizzard page, namely the support forums. No one else is complaining about this. What should we do? this is annoying! i'm just glad i found people with the same problem

Ok I have more information. So I get as far as the “receiving character list” part when I try to log on to world of warcraft. I called my ISP suddenlink and they said its not a problem on their end, I am off of their server so the problem lies with blizzard. I can’t even get on the blizzard website. http://forums.worldofwar.net/showthread.php?p=3887097&posted=1#post3887097 this is a link of other people who are having this problem. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I am on the Norgannon Server also…

So we'll see what they say I'll keep u updated u keep me updated

A little update. its about 2 AM server time, and I am able to log into the server. But when I try to make a character on another server, or any of these, I get the same problem. I'm still unable to load worldofwarcraft.com / blizzard.com. I'll try to log in again after school tomorrow around 6 PM server time.. the same time I was having problems today.

I'm with ya.. I'm in Vegas.
I can't get into my 3 realms. Different results each time I try and connect. BUT I made a new character on a brand new realm and was able to play. It started last night when I got home from work, and it was still not working this morning.
Well I guess its just getting more rested xp....

OK.... What does the article say? Could you maybe retype it here if its not too long. In another words should I be excited to play when I get home, or no?
The wierd thing was, was that I could make a new player in a totally new random realm and play just fine.

My brother in law is on Time Warner and his lat is always shooting through the roof. Who knows.
Went home yesterday and I was able to log right in. I was happy.
