Hardware issue

It has been a week and I was very pleased and addicted to WOW. To make it worse, I tried to play it on my laptop Dell 600m so I could play everywhere in my house. After all the WOW installations and updates, I could see the initial little screen with "play" button on my laptop. However, I could not see the signon textboxes (where you put your account id and password) after I clicked the "play" button. All I got were background music and a brownish screen. I changed my screen setting to a lower setting 800x600 and still no luck. I Googled but no help. Did anyone have similar experience? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Just looked up the specs as standard. Basically, the laptop is weak, too weak for gaming, it might have taken it in theory, but in practice as you have seen, it can't. Nothing can be done about it, it's the hardware.
