Where are some areas that I can obtain quests for Undercity reputation after Tarren Mill in Hillsbrad Foothills?

There are quest givers in UC that send you to Arathi and you'll also get quests for SM from the Forsaken too.

You will find that there are one or two forsaken quest givers (for UC) rep in most areas, but it's not until you go to WPL and EPL that you find a lot of UC quests.
