Can you change your cosmetic appearance? I mean, like have a beard restyled or shoven.

Not as far as I know, no. There are some items that change your entire appearance temporarily. (Costumes, if you like) And your outfits can change your appearance quite a bit. But I've not yet found anyone who can change my haircut, etc.

No, you cannot. Once you choose an appearance, you are stuck with it.

sure you can. delete char. make a new one with same name.

The only changes are that you can make your hat and back armor show or not show. It's not really a 'change' exactly, but it will make you look different.
