How to level up high herbalism?

I'm not really sure which herbs to farm until 300? Right now I'm 244
I'm already level 67, and I need to grind it from 244 to 300 so I can pick some of the higher level herbs.
Any suggestions?

First thing is to get a herbalist enchant (if possible an herbalism enchant on a pair of herbalist gloves). This gives you the ability to pick herbs 5-10 pts higher... there's nothing more infuriating when you're leveling than finding an herb you can't pick =]

I'd goto the wwn herbalism page. It lists a large grid of herbs, what herbalism level you can pick them at, and what areas you'll find them.

I'm trying to remember what I did at that level... you're a shade high for STV and a shade low for Ashara. I'd try maybe the hinterlands? Maybe tanaris for purple lotus and firebloom... searing gorge has some firebloom. Maybe blasted lands for gromsblood and firebloom.

Once you're around 260ish I think hit ashara. They have sungrass, purple lotus, golden sansam, mountain silversage, and dream foil. You'll only be able to pick the lower level herbs for a bit, but it's a pretty herb filled zone. WPL is also good at that level....

The outland is kinda annoying at 300 because you can only pick felweed. You might stick to ashara or Winterspring or EPL until you hit 305 or 310. Once you're at 315, you can pick more herbs... and then you'll be 375 before you know it. Felweed is still green at 375.

You can start picking Blindweed in swamp of sorrows at 235. Think you can skill on these for quite a bit. Move down to Blasted lands at 250 for gromsblood, then golden sansam (260) and dreamfoil (270) in Azshara/Un'goro. At 285 you can get both these as well as plaguebloom and Mountain silversage (280) in Felwood. Pretty much any zone should work at this point except for the icecap (290) in winterspring and Black lotus (300) in any of the highest zones.

Hellfire Peninsula has tons of felweed (300) and some dreamfoil, sansam, silversage and Dreaming Glory (315).
