Where is the Enchanting training

I have enchanting 125 and the npc told me to go to sun rock retreat and talk to the enchanter there but I cant find the trainer anywere.

If you go up to the north eastern slope surrounding sun rock there is a little path within the hill that leads up to the enchanter.

He's a damn hard man to find.

go to Sun Rock and look for the NPC that gives the Gaea seeds quests - she's called Tammra Windfield and she's at 47, 58 if you have a co-ords mod, If you don't she's all alone, looking at a mound of dirt to one side of the big tent.

In the corner behind her is a hidden path that leads up into the cliffs above Sun rock. The entrance to this path is at Loc 48,58 The path has a 90 degree bend in it - so it looks like a dead end, but it isn't. Just go up to a plateau ½ way up the cliffs and the NPC is there.

He's called Hgarth and he's at 49, 57.
