How Do I: retrieve poison's name

Hi guys!

here is a question for you :)

How do I query the name of the poison that I've applied to my weapons?

I've four GetWeaponEnchantInfo (http://www.wowwiki.com/API_GetWeaponEnchantInfo) but i still need to know which poison i've applyed on my weapons... any idea? :)

update:

Checked even with http://www.wowwiki.com/API_GetPlayerBuffTexture but it doesn't seem to count weapon buff...

can't believe that there's no way to access the name of the poison....
