Export Variable

Is there any way to save Variable without ReloadUI or Loggin/quitting ??

Like when an addon is recording a lot of data into on Variable, and using all the memory. How can i export that data into the WTF saved variables ??

No. Saved Variables are only written to disk when you ReloadUI or logoff/quit.
