Lunar festival second time?

I remember getting 2500 alliance rep last year when I visited all the elders, so I figured I'd do it again. Would be extremely easy at level 70 and it was quite fun, especially getting to elders in horde territory.

However, I can't seem to get any quests from any of the Lunar people in Ironforge and honestly I don't remember how to start the quests to find the elders, but I assume you have to talk to someone.

Is it not possible to do it a second time?

Eh...shouldn't the lunar festival be over now?

Seeing as how the celebrations of the lunar new year just ended (and i'm assuming that's what the festival was based on)....

No - it seems that the visit to each elder was a one-time quest.
I can't get an invitation to moonglade again either :-(

I got my lunar invitation a while back, but got rid of it as I didn't plan on doing the quests. However, I picked up the invitation again from the lady next to the glowing circle of light in Stormwind. There was a bubble option saying I needed another invitation, and she gave it to me.

So I would suggest talking to her, and I'm sure there are similar people in Darnassus and Ironforge.

I personally think they should have reset the quests. It's kinda lame that you can only do them once. What if you've changed from tailoring to engineering and want the fireworks patterns... guess you're SoL, they're BoP.

It's only possible to do the lunar event elder quests once unfortunately. You can get moonglade invitations over and over by talking to the fireworks salesmen (or a NPC standing next to them), but the coins will only be handed out once.

This is important to remember if you're an engineer, buy the rocket recipes and then toss the occupation only to then take it up again.

Unless you have enough coins saved to buy the recipes all over again you won't EVER be able to get the rocket recipes again for that character...
