Its not for level 70, I have seen it on level 34 characters when I look at their builds when they have used wowreader...so, how do I get one of these?

You have to PvP for it, get honor (I think its 4000 honor) and buy it from a vender in the officers barracks in SW.

at lvl 70, you can purchase a new one that has +20resil also added to it, for something like 24k honor. Please research before you reply back with something you know nothing about. Thanks in advance.

I think what he meant was that the one w/out +res was not only for level 70. Which as the intelligent person you are I'm sure you caught on to this fact but decided that berrating and harrasing the new person would be more fun. Why not simply answer the question you knew he was asking and leave the typo alone.

P.S. if you gonna chastise another person for mistakes you should make sure you don't have any, hence when quoting someone you use " not '. what you should have put

All i was saying was that there is a trinket, in which you can ONLY USE at LEVEL 70 that has +20resil added to the normla Insignia use. Stop acting like a bunch of village idiots.
