Increase max wand skills (and others)?

I'm a level 29 wand-using mage, and my maximum wand skill is maxed out at 155.

How can I increase this?

Additionally, my other skills (such as Defence, Unarmed Combat and Staves Skills) are also maxed or nearly maxed out at the same time (all around 145-155 with 155 being the max). Again, how can I increase the top level allowed here?

Is this something which comes with leveling up, or improved weapons..? (Hazarding a guess there!)

When you gain a character level, the max skill for all of these increases by 5.

It's as simple as that.

Some races or classes get inherrant bonuses that gives them a boost, but a general rule of thumb is that the max skill = <character level> * 5 so at level 70 all of the weapon skills you have would be a maximum of 350

Having just looked I forgot I levelled up twice yesterday (just) - I'm at level 31, not 29 :grin: :rolleyes: Which makes your comments make sense in case anyone else reads this...
