Skinner...anyone know where to find it?

In an interface thread in the community forums, someone mentioned that "skinner" created a black bar at the bottom of his screen, on which he could move his text boxes. I can't find this UI anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I was trying to get onto that site earlier, but every time I try I get a 'file download - security warning' error box, saying that it's trying to download an unknown file type 5kb file - do you have any ideas what that's about? Thanks :)

Took me ages to find it too, ended up finding it on files.wowace.com. There is an absolute ton of mods on there, so you'll be busy for a while. I went there looking for skinner and ended up downloading 20 other mods as well :P As for the "File download - security warning" thing, are you using Vista or IE7? Everything on there downloads fine for me on both WinXP + Opera and Gentoo Linux + Firefox.
