Im a noob on talent points and there helpfulness toward a player i have a level 34 pally but i think im not getting what i want out of my pallys talents i would like help in choosing them any help u could give would be great:ponder:

Tough question, depends what you wanna do, but in general:

1) If you like healing and spell dmg go holy
2) tanking go prot
3) criting go ret

Nope... it's a class-defining ability. Would be extremely unfair if you had to put talents into it :).

About the talents, as gmedina said, we'll need more information about what you enjoy before we can give you advice.

Most people say that you should level with retribution (since it's faster), but it's also possible to do nice AoE grinding with protection. At level 40 holy is a viable build (if you enjoy healing), since you get holy shock (I've outdamaged warriors (no, not while they were tanking :), but I must say, I am rather well geared).

So, do you want to do:
1) Damage to one target
2) Survive against a lot of targets
3) Heal

hmm tough one, i would say either Holy/Ret for increased heals or Prot/Ret for increased def, take your pick.
