What is being used here?

I don't care about the Hunter specific items, but what mods are being used to move the chat frame, the minimap to the bottom middle, and the icons surrounding the map?

I would assume the icons are Bongos, but how are they placed in such a fashion?

Well MoveAnything will move your map, or Bongos will. I personally have almost the same setup, used Bongos to move the map then MoveAnything to adjust the minimap icons.

Chat windows look like maybe Prat or Confab. Mostly because it's apparent the text entry bar must be above the windows rather than below it. You can move your chat window simply by right clicking the tab and unlocking the window.

I've had Bongos a while, but always had the "minimap" addon disabled, as I didn't know if it would mess with Cartographer and the custom icon it places to bring up the map.

I've downloaded SimpleMinimap so I can change the shape, and I'll download MoveAnything so I can change the non-Blizzard minimap icons.

I'll also try the chat ones you said.

DetachedMiniMapbuttons works wonders. Squuenix will also move minimap.
