The trainer is the same doctor that you get the Artisan-300 level skill from, out in Hammerfall. Go back to him when you have enough skill (usually when your best recipe turns green) and he will teach you the Heavy Mageweave, Runecloth, and Heavy Runecloth bandage recipes for free.

If I remember correctly, the numbers are
240 - Heavy Mageweave
260 - Runecloth
290 - Heavy Runecloth

As a side note, Netherweave and Heavy Netherweave are learned from books in Outland. I think you need 320 to make Netherweave Bandages, and 350 to make Heave Netherweave.

its 330 for nether 360 for heavy nether
you can use the portal at 58 but you can get to outlands by having a mage port you to shat at any level....as long as you have BC

not all of them. the 1st aid trainer is in the 1st BE camp, but most others are in thrallmar, which is the first horde tcamp you get to. the BE camp is still in hellfire and isn't that hard to get to. make sure you pick up the FP there thou!

Also note that the master-level training of all three secondary professions comes from a non-BoP book, so you could have a friend pick it up and mail it to you. My druid was above 300 in all secondary skills at lvl 54, if I remember correctly.
