Finding "Skinning Blade"

Noob here, and I need some direction. My 'toon is a Night Elf Hunter. I picked "skinning" for a profession, but I can't find a skinning blade. Any ideas?

You have to buy it from vendor.

General traders have it usually, and you don't need to equip it, you just leave it in your bag.

Generally your profession trainer has a profession vendor standing nearby. You can get herb bags near your herbalism trainer, thread near your leatherworking trainer, skinning knife near your skinning trainer, etc.

Hehe when I picked up skinning I thought you had to equip or right-click the skinning knife... many, many dead mobs out there killed slowly with a skinning knife because I forgot to re-equip my weapon. I also didn't know I could change weapons in combat...

Then of course I realised it just has to sit in yr bag

The skinning trainer is Radnaal Maneweaver and he is outside a hut on the way to darnassus, in between dolanaar and darnassus (before the turnoff to oracle glade.

The only dude who sells skinning knives outside of darnassus is Narret Shadowgrove <Trade Supplies> at Dolanaar
