Elite/Rare Textures + Discord

Well, Seeming as Discord is Hardly useful, I was wondering if anyone could help me, and tell me how I can make the Elite/Rare Dragon Texture appear when I select a target which is a rare or an elite. Thanks.

Oh, and I don't know if this will stay open. Let me quote the rules:

aye I am using Discord to manipulate them, found the code or some of the code on the site yet I don't know what to do with it, and their forums are hardly helpful.
