Are there any changes with UnitHealth() and UnitHealthMax() and group/raid pets?

Without a group (friendly target ... pet):
UnitHealth() = percent value
UnitHealthMax() = percent value

Group/raid members:
UnitHealth() = absolut value
UnitHealthMax() = percent value

Is this a bug within my client? Does anyone experiencing this behavior too?

How to calculate the health for group/raid pets???

I think I read that there is a game bug affecting pets. It shows the pet at full health when it is not.
