Best Healing mod?

What is the best healing mod? Right now i use grid. Because i like what it does.
1. grays out names of people out of range of my heal.
2. Shows who has aggro.
3 Shows how much health there missing in a number form.

What do you guys use?

Does all that and more.

Communicates with other healbot users and shows them your in coming heals, so people are not over healing each other.
