Can anyone tell me what mod is being used here?

The one where when he enters lets say "Devotion Aura"

Above his head it will say <Devotion Aura> in green.

Or if he gains 10 intellect it will say +10 intellect in blue above his head.

Its been bugging me I can't seem to find what it is. Also I hope its BC enabled.

I think you'll have to click some field to have aura gain/loss shown.. but it might be on by default.
