I have reached 150 in leather working

can anyone point me in the right direction for the next training and tell me the quickest way to get there

It would help if you told us which side you were on!

Either:
Una, 46, Elevation 2, Thunder Bluff
Telonis, 46, Craftmen's Terrace, Darnassus

Just go to either city and ask a static guard for the LW trainer. They will mark your map for you.

If you don't know how to get there, post again and I will give directions - as long as you tell me your start point.

I am currently in Menethil Harbor in the wetlands i am alliance so i assume
Telonis, 46, Craftmen's Terrace, Darnassus is the one i want.

From Menethril you need to take the boat to Auberdine. There are 2, one goes to Theramore, the other to Auberdine. The one on the right as you look out to sea is the Aubderdine ferry.

Once in Auberdine, get off the boat and run directly ahead when you get the to pier crossroads. Left will take you into Auberdine, Right will take you to the end of the pier for a nice view of the sea, directly ahead will be the ferry to Rath(something or other) Village. The port of Darnassus.

Once you are in the village (3 houses and a flight point) follow the path and run into the pink light, located in a shack/tent/whatever. That pink light will teleport you into Darnassus.
